PURPOSE: In order to assist in training children and adults in computer literacy and skills, the Midtown Neighborhood Association has helped build computer laboratories at two sites: Tucson International Alliance of Refugee Communities and Saint Vincent de Paul Society. Classes are provided at no cost to interested citizens.

SCOPE OF TRAINING:

BASIC TRAINING: Keyboarding Introduction to Windows Use of the Mouse Introduction to the Internet Introduction to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

           ADVANCED TRAINING Continuation of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Internet experience including use of a browser
