As a non-profit organization, the Tucson Vietnamese Cultural Community (TVCC), registered in the year
2001 with our Mission Statement "To increase the knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese language
and literature, to preserve and promote Vietnamese culture and heritage, to unify and empower Vietnamese
American community in the United States of America".

With the above Mission Statement, TVCC offers to Tucson Community beginning to advanced Vietnamese
classes regardless of religion, sex, ethnic back ground, and of age.

In the beginning, TVCC was using the Vietnamese Alliance Bible Church facility at 1301 W. Wetmore Rd.
Tucson AZ to accommodate three classes with approximately 20 students.  With the fast growing trends,
TVCC had to move to La Vang Catholic Church, 800 Tucson Blvd. Tucson AZ to expand to six Vietnamese
classes with registered over 70 students.
