Standing Committees

of Midtown Neighborhood Association

On May 15, 2001, attendees at the regular MNA monthly meeting spent about an hour developing, organizing and joining five standing committees. These committees were formed to deal with problems and opportunities developed by residents at both the April and May 2001 meetings. A volunteer, interim chairperson was identified for each committee. That person is to organize the first meeting where the committee name, scope and activities will be further refined. After the summer break, the elected chair of each committee will present to the full MNA meeting on their progress.

Following are some notes created by David Kha and Howard Ward from the notecards and posters used during the session. More details may also be found in the May 15, 2001 minutes
