THE VICE PREZ SEZ
We were very happy to see a few new people at our meeting in February. Our meeting last month was primarily one of updating our various activities. Some of the items that were reported on are elsewhere in this bulletin. We are going to have someone from the City at our March meeting to discuss the May bond issue. There will be a $450,000 item on the ballot for our Library/Learning Center. We urge you to attend this meeting so you can be a well-informed voter. Dont forget that the potluck begins at 6:30 and the business meeting begins at 7:10.
FEBRUARY MEETING SUMMARY
Neighbors new to our group spoke briefly about the problems they have encountered with neighbors. Brad Holland spoke briefly about the new Slumlord Bill that he feels will be helpful in getting areas cleaned up. He asked neighbors present to document any items they are concerned about, and said he would be happy to answer questions about zoning. Officer Domanico reminded residents to be sure to call and report any type of suspicious activity. He said the police need to be able to identify areas where something might be going on so that if they are called to the same area a second time they will have some background.

Flower Angel of the Month goes to Kari Garcia from Carri Rondeau. Kari is still committed to Midtown even though she no longer lives in the neighborhood.
